You’re invited to perform at halftime with the Gig Harbor High School Cheerleaders!
Sign up for our mini cheer clinic, held on FRIDAY - August 28, 2026.
The clinic will teach participants motions, jumps, chants, and halftime choreography in preparation for our first home game, on September 11th vs. Bainbridge HS!
When:
Mini Cheer Clinic is hosted on FRIDAY, August 28, 2026 from 9:00am – 12:30pm
Check-in opens at 8:45am
Showcase for parents is from 12:00 -12:30pm
Football game is on Friday, September 11, 2026
Game starts at 7:00pm; participants need to arrive on the track (by the concessions stand) at 7:30pm.
Mini cheerleaders will receive free admission while wearing their clinic t‐shirt.
We will usher the kids to the PHS Main Gym during the 2nd quarter to prepare them for the halftime show. Mini cheerleaders will perform the halftime routine on the field. After their performance, Mini’s will be ushered back to their parents – please meet us on the track (by the concessions stand) for pickup.

Who’s eligible?
Kindergarten through 8th grade students (as of September 2026)
What to wear and bring:
Mini Cheer Clinic:
T-shirt, athletic type shorts/pants (no jeans or jewelry, please) and athletic shoes.
Bring a water bottle and have your child eat before the clinic, as no snacks will be provided.
Football Game:
Clinic t‐shirt and bow, athletic type shorts/pants (no jeans or jewelry) and athletic shoes. Please dress for evening weather.
Cost:
$75 per participant
Registration includes clinic t‐shirt, bow, and temporary tattoo.
How do I sign up?
Online payment and registration is required. Space is limited to a max of 80 mini cheerleaders; the payment & registration portal closes on Monday, August 10, 2026.
Important Note:
If the site doesn’t let you purchase/register, unfortunately the limit of attendees has been reached. We cannot accommodate walk‐in’s, sorry.
If you missed the deadline, you can email us to see if there is still room available. T-shirt, bow, and tattoo are subject to availability.
Online Registration & Payment:
Registration requires two steps and both must be completed for your child to be officially registered.
Step 1: Submit Payment
Go to the payment website:

Under the "Mini Cheer Clinic" option, enter your child's first and last name
Click "Buy"
****If you are registering multiple children****
Enter Child #1's first and last name and click "Buy"
Enter Child #2's first and last name and click "Buy"
Repeat for each additional child
Please add each child separately so we can match payments to registrations
Step 2: Complete the Registration Form and Waiver
Before checking out, locate and click the "MINI CHEER REGISTRATION FORM" link on the right side of the payment page.
Open the registration form in a new tab
Complete the form and waiver for your child
****If registering multiple children, a separate form must be completed for each child.****
Complete Your Payment
After submitting the registration form(s):
Return to the payment page
Click the green "Cart" button
Complete the checkout process and select "Pay."
Email or print your receipt before selecting "Done." The system does not automatically send a payment confirmation. If you do not choose to email or print your receipt, you will not receive one.
Registration is Complete When:
✅ Payment has been submitted through the Youth Camps website
AND
✅ Google registration form & waiver has been completed for each child attending
Both steps are required. Your child(s) spot is not officially reserved until both the payment and the registration form(s) have been received.
